How do I join OneYoga?

You can join OneYoga 2009 by registering at www.uend.org/dt/oneyoga2009.

 How do I collect pledge money?

Direct your friends and family to www.uend.org/dt/oneyoga2009 to sponsor you online using a credit card. Collecting pledge money online helps UEnd: keep operational costs down considerably.

I am a beginner. Can I participate?

YES! The 108 minutes of yoga is designed with a beginner skill level in mind, but advanced practitioners are welcome to modify their own practice.

Where does the pledge money go?

All funds raised by OneYoga will go towards projects that are helping to end extreme poverty in communities in the developing world. You can view the selected projects on the OneYoga 2009 campaign homepage.

Is there a cost to participate in OneYoga 2009?

The registration fee is $25 and helps cover event costs. Same day registration will be $40 cash only. You will receive a tax receipt for your registration fee.

Does it cost anything for studios to participate in OneYoga?

No. If you are interested in highlighting your studio at this event, please contact OneYoga by emailing yoga@uend.org.

How long is the OneYoga event?

Less than 3.5 hours. Doors for the event open at noon, the 108 minutes of yoga begins at 1:00pm, and the event ends by 3:30pm.

Is OneYoga associated with any studio directly?

No. OneYoga is an initiative started by UEnd: to help people live their yoga by raising funds to end extreme poverty.

Who will lead the 108 minutes of yoga at the Calgary event?

Two skilled teachers will share the teaching of the 108 minutes.

What is the significance of 108 minutes of yoga?
