Description

The Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation (SLCDF) evolved as a non-profit development organization in 2002 from the Sri Lanka Canada
Development Fund, which was generously supported by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and Canadian NGOs. The project has been managed by South Asia Partnership since 1987. As a
result of working with activists, isolated NGOs, grassroots organizations and participatory integrated networks at district level, the Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation has started its activities with
a rich programme record of 15 years experience.

Mission Statement

To enhance the capacities and social capital of the needy and their respective organizations by developing skills, resources and technical support to take the
responsibilities in programmes and policy for collaborative GO/NGO relationship towards reducing poverty and achieving sustainable human development.
