If, for any reason you wish to return an item and get a refund please contact email@example.com. Please put “Refund request” in your email subject line.
In the body of your email please give the following information:
- Your name, email, telephone number for daytime
- Reason for refund request
- Date of original transaction
- Amount you wish to be refunded
- Type of credit card used
Please note: Refunds can only be given to the person to whom the credit card was charged. All refunds will be credited to the same credit card to which the original purchase was charged. These refunds must be done either via email within 10 days of the credit card original purchase.
